This product has some foie gras fat on the outside of the torchon, but is the leanest of the three torchon options we offer. Texture is firm. One of our most popular items! This product does not contain pork or dairy products. Slice and serve with greens or fruit compote or use it to top off a medallion of fillet mignon.
