This ficelle is made of the best of duck foie gras (liver), whipped into a mousse and molded into "rolls" that are easy to cut into perfectly round slices for appetizers. Smooth, hearty, with a touch of port wine. Serve slightly chilled over slices of rustic bread with mustard and cornichons.
