Fresh Foie Gras (1.5 pound) Review
Price per 1.5lb Foie Gras is one of the single most flavorful treats that anybody can experience. A fat goose or duck (here we are referring to Duck Liver) produces a large, fatty liver. That liver carries a flavor so overwhelming that a small slice (1cm thick) or two, sauteed quickly and served with field greens, raspberry vinaigrette and toast points is a sublime experience.
